For Prepaid Orders

  • Eligible for easy return or exchange within 48 HOURS of delivery.

  • Enjoy a free reverse pickup — you don’t need to ship the product yourself.

  • Once approved, our team will arrange the pickup and process your exchange or return smoothly.

  • Once your return reaches us and passes quality check, we’ll issue a credit of the full amount so you can easily repurchase your desired size or choose another piece you love.

     

  • Even if your item was purchased during a sale, our service and support remain exactly the same — every Resha piece receives equal care and attention.

  • Our team ensures a seamless, worry-free process from pickup to credit issuance.


For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for genuine reasons (wrong item, size issue, or damage).

  • Customers must self-ship the item back to us at the address below.

  • Once the item passes quality inspection, we will dispatch your exchange or issue store credit.


Eligibility Criteria

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
